START YOUR MORNINGS GREAT
11:33 PM
the morning and cramming my pitiful self to uni.
The key is to wake up early. Not hella early like 5am, just early enough like 7-8am. Divide your time wisely i.e. My classes start
by 12pm. It takes 40 min to get to school, I need to get out of
the house in between 11am-11:20am. By waking up at 8am this gives
me time to do everything I need to do plus daydreaming. I get
to exercise and complete my hair and makeup routine without
pressuring myself.
-Start your mornings by feeding yourself. Fuel your body for the
day to come. Create an exciting breakfast to get you hyped up.
I've done Overnight Oats. It's effortless yet nutritious. You
do it the night before which saves you time in the morning.
Note: You can experiment around it, put anything you like and
how much you'd want. In this case I'm going to state what I used.
What You Need:
1 cup Banana Flavored Instant Oatmeal
1/4 cup Milk
1 Banana
1/4 cup nuts
Container with lid
1. Prepare the oatmeal as said in the package. Let the oatmeal
cool probably 30 min.
2. Put the oatmeal in the container.
3. Add in the milk, sliced banana and nuts.
4. Store in fridge overnight.
Pair with:
>hot/cold cocoa
>hot/iced coffee
>tea
>fruit smoothie
-After your pre-bath routine, exercise. Meditate, take morning
walks, yoga or workout. This would make your shower much more
enjoyable.
-Turn off your notifications to keep you focused in the morning.
Social media could trap you instead read or listen to am/fm radio.
